TAKVA Certification Declaration of Commitment to Islamic Values and Ethical Principles (P8F13-R1)

1. The ultimate purpose of the halal certification activities carried out within TAKVA ULUSLARARASI SERTİFİKASYON EĞİTİM VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is, above all, to earn the pleasure of Allah. Accordingly, all personnel working at TAKVA Certification act with the awareness that they are first and foremost accountable to Allah for all the work they carry out and the responsibilities they assume.

2. As TAKVA ULUSLARARASI SERTİFİKASYON EĞİTİM VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, we declare that we will act with this awareness and adhere to the following:

3. Faith and Moral Responsibility:

3.1. As a requirement of our faith, when faced with situations such as pressure, threats, steering or conflicts of interest, we will make our decisions not out of fear of any person or institution, but in line with our reverence for and responsibility towards Allah;

4. Decision Processes in Harmony with Islamic Values:

4.1. Any personnel involved in any stage of TAKVA Certification's halal certification process will act in accordance with Islamic values and ethical principles in all decisions and practices;

5. Avoidance of Benefits and Conflicts of Interest:

5.1. No personnel involved in TAKVA Certification's halal certification process will accept any gift, benefit or privilege from any company, and they will avoid any behaviour that could create such a conflict of interest;

6. Truthfulness and Reliability:

6.1. In every situation we encounter inside or outside the office, we will adopt a truthful, honest and reliable attitude based on Islamic ethics and will never make false statements under any circumstances;

7. Ethical and Professional Stance:

7.1. Any personnel working at TAKVA Certification will be a person who is transparent, reliable, committed to ethical principles, competent in their work, stands behind their word, keeps confidentiality, values merit rather than position or title, values people and adheres to ethical values;

8. Sense of Responsibility:

8.1. We declare that everyone working at TAKVA Certification, whether permanent, contracted or part-time, will at all times uphold Islamic business ethics, spiritual responsibility and commitment to TAKVA Certification's mission in the matters stated above.

9. We accept and declare that, as TAKVA Certification, we are responsible for any damage and legal liability that may arise if we act contrary to this declaration, that we will pay the necessary compensation, and that we will assume all responsibility relating to the Islamic requirements of our certification activities.
